Helping those in Southeastern Idaho In Need

In case you missed it…. we recently held our campaign kickoff and ribbon cutting for our new office this past week with a sidewalk celebration to rally the community to #RiseUpforSEIdaho and our annual campaign. Our campaign this year is more important than ever, with increased needs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the pandemic has unfolded, we have strategically aligned our efforts around four key impact areas and all funds raised will directly support these efforts in SE Idaho:

  1.  Access to mental and primary healthcare;
  2. Affordable housing and shelter;
  3. Food insecurity
  4. Addressing the Cradle to Career Educational Opportunity Gap

Now, more than ever, we invite you to make a gift to our community fund to support these efforts in SE Idaho. There are many ways to give.

  1. Give through payroll deduction at your workplace (contact Wendi Ames at wendi@unitedwaysei.org to get your workplace involved
  2. Give online with a one time or monthly recurring donation
  3. Text RISEUP2020 to 44-321

Finally, here is a roundup of news stories from our kickoff and ribbon-cutting event last weekend!Ribbon cutting ceremony
