Each session will focus on inner beauty, personal development, owning our excuses, and self-limiting beliefs, and learning how to become more self-aware so that we can grow our own emotional intelligence and create generational impact in the lives of our families and our community. A delicious brunch and mimosas will be served by Del Monte Meats
Each donation will support local women, children, and families in Southeastern Idaho building a healthy, safe, and financially stable community

She believes everyone has a gem inside of them that needs to be discovered, shined, and polished just as others have provided for her over the years. Shantay Bloxham is the CEO of SEICAA, a Pocatello native where she resides with her husband and two children. Before being named CEO in December 2020, Shantay was SEICAA’s first Chief Operations Officer and was responsible for all the company’s operations, including end-to end management of SEICAA’s services and programs. She has also headed SEICAA’s Grant, Development and Community Services Divisions at SEICAA. I can’t get enough! Community Action calls to all my passions!”

Cherisse Brown is the Director of the START Program at Idaho State University. START is a free college-readiness program that helps anyone with a GED or Diploma become college-ready Cherisse also teaches about grit, growth mindset, core beliefs, self-efficacy, motivation, locus of control, identifying your values, wellness, knowing your “WHY”, the power of YET, decision making, mindfulness, and self-advocacy. Getting to empower and support students as they pursue their educational goals against some very challenging odds is what she feels aligns with her life experience and life’s purpose.
Senior VP/COO Lookout Credit Union
Amy Ciciliot is the SVP/COO at the Lookout Credit Union . This is Amy’s 24nd year in the credit union industry. All her years in the industry have been served at Lookout. Amy has held numerous positions at Lookout. She started as a teller and quickly moved to the lending department as a loan processor, loan officer, senior loan officer, indirect lending officer, and for seven years held the title of branch manager. She is the recipient of the credit union’s President’s Award in 2008 as well as 2015. She is also the 2019 Eastern Idaho Women of Influence in Banking and Finance award winner. Amy has been a Business Women of Pocatello member since 2019. She was an Executive Board member during 2020 and the Vice President during 2021. She currently holds the position of Vice President for 2022.
